Reformer 1

Reformer 2
Intermediate class that builds on the fundamentals of Reformer 1, introducing more complex movements and a faster pace. This class focuses on deepening strength, control, and stamina, while advancing your Pilates technique and overall mobility.
Athletic Reformer
This 50-minute, high-energy class combines deep muscle work with weights, props, and bursts of cardio. Designed to build strength, endurance, and core stability, it delivers a challenging full-body workout.
Mat Pilates
A 45- minute classical Pilates practice designed to strengthen, lengthen, and align you body from the inside out. This class focuses on precision, breath, and control, and incorporates props such as the Pilates ball and ring to enhance your workout.
Mat Sculpt
This 45- minute, Pilates- inspired class uses light weights and high-rep sequences to target every muscle group. Expect an energizing workout that builds endurance and delivers that signature burn for a toned, sculpted body.
Mat Strength
Focus of form, power, and progressive overload with heavier weights. This class combines classic strength training techniques with Pilates alignment principles to build muscle, boost metabolism, and increase overall strength.
